General

These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online with My Collars and Cuffs.

Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Orders

We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods - online transaction via secure server or cardholder not present. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro, Solo and American Express. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

The web price includes VAT at 15% To calculate the tax free value of the goods multiply the price shown by 3 and divide by 23.

Delivery Information

Order will be despatched by First Class post, airmail or courier depending on weight and location

Prices include First Class post, airmail or courier costs

Any requests for special delivery services will incur additional costs which will depend on the service being used. The additional costs will be advised prior to despatch of order

In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time.

In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt.

If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.

Returns and Exchanges

My Collars and Cuffs offer a full money back guarantee.

You have 30 days from receipt in which to return your order.

You will have to pay the return cost of postage. A returns form can be downloaded using the link below and a returns label is supplied.

My Collars and Cuffs want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep the goods;

• Please contact us within 7 working days from the day after the delivery day

• Contact us via Email or telephone

• Please complete the details on the returns note, supplied with goods.  Please note that goods returned to us without a returns form will not be accepted.  Click Here to download the PDF file for returns if required.

• Return the goods to us with the products original packaging and labels within 30 days of receipt using the returns form and label.

• All goods to be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt.

• My Collars and Cuffs recommend that all items returned to us to be sent Royal Mail special delivery with insurance paid as a minimum or collection can be arranged at your cost.

• If you feel the goods are faulty please contact us within 7 days and we will then contact you to resolve the matter, the above conditions also apply.

• When contacting us or returning please supply us with your address with telephone number and email address

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 Products, Prices & Content

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) or Euros (€) but the value will default to Pounds Sterling (£) at the checkout. The prices are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless the products are being exported outside the EU where the value will be exclusive of VAT.

Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.

Any information displayed on our web site or other printed matter by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our web site is updated regularly.

We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

Ownership of Goods

All items supplied to the customer remain the property of My Collars and Cuffs until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.

Privacy Policy

My Collars and Cuffs will not disclose customers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed. In this case the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

My Collars and Cuffs will collect and store any personal data that you may volunteer whist using our services, e.g. placing an order or joining our e-mail newsletter

The type of information that we will collect will include - Your title and name, known address, contact telephone numbers and e-mail address. Your payment details will not be held by My Collars and Cuffs. Details may be forwarded securely to other parties in order to fulfil this order only. These will include delivery and payment partners.

My Collars and Cuffs will collect and store information about you to allow us to firstly, process and fulfil any order requirements and secondly to provide you with information to keep you up to date on products, services or promotions we run from time to time. We may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes by email, phone or mail. You can opt out of this at any time, either by writing or emailing us.

Individuals registering their details or subscribing to the newsletter online may do so on the understanding that they are aware of the intended purpose for the collection of data. An opt-out option is available by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter we may send you.

In addition to the Information that you supply to us, information and data may be automatically collected through the use of cookies. Cookies are small files stored within your web browser from our website. Cookies do not collect personal information about you nor do they allow us to access your computer in any way.
